SubSpot Account & Data Deletion

At SubSpot, we take your privacy seriously. If you wish to permanently delete your SubSpot account and wipe all associated data from our servers, you can do so at any time using one of the two methods below.

Method 1: Delete from within the App (Recommended)

If you currently have the SubSpot app installed on your device, you can instantly and securely delete your account:

  1. Open the SubSpot app.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab at the bottom right.
  3. Scroll to bottom of settings page and look for Delete Account.
  4. Read the final warning, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Permanently Delete My Account.

Note: This action is immediate. All your tracked subscriptions, custom categories, and login credentials will be erased instantly.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email (If app is uninstalled)

If you no longer have the app installed and wish to delete your account, Google Play requires that you do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [hello@deepakyadav.name].
  2. You must send the email from the exact Gmail or Apple ID address associated with your SubSpot account.
  3. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  4. In the body of the email, simply state that you want your account and all data deleted.

What happens when your account is deleted?

Whether you use the in-app button or email us, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly wiped from our secure databases:

  • Your authentication profile (Email/Login details).
  • All user-generated content, including your tracked subscriptions, billing cycles, custom categories, and app preferences.
  • Any related analytics tied directly to your account ID.

Data Retention Policy: If you request deletion via email, our support team will manually erase your Firebase Authentication profile and all associated Cloud Firestore data within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
